Warn: (0%) ???

Why do I have this Warn: (0%)on the side? And why am I the only newbie that has it?

It displayes how many warns did u recieve from admins/moderators (or at least I think so)

The higher your warn level is, the less you can post. At 0 warn, you can post once every 40 seconds, as set by our systems. Say an admin warns you and you&#39;re at 50%, you can post once every 80 seconds. If you are at around 90%, posting virtually is blocked for you. If you are at 100%, you cannot post and your account is suspended until we change the warn.

Actually, Ace and Minako haven&#39;t setup guidelines for how to use the warn system yet, so we technically aren&#39;t supposed to give warns. The only people that have warns, currently, are at 100% and are suspended until 2023, heh.

Strange. I don&#39;t see a warn feature for me anywhere to use. Not that I need it, and not that I&#39;ll even use it. Just curious.

Basically, it is like ... Warn: (0%) [ - ][ ][ ][ ][ ][ ][ ][ + ]

You&#39;d click there to warn. However, I honestly have no clue which groups can warn. You might have to be a Forum Admin instead of a Moderator. Not a clue o_O;;

I think it&#39;s for admins only. Because not even in the avatar forum do I see "Warn [][][]"
