Search for "vga to composite adapter" (or converter instead of adapter)

For prices heres my quick google search (http://www.google.com/products?q=vga+to+composite+adapter&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=8dbLS8GzKIaeswPzwtn3CQ&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CCgQrQQwAA).

If thats not the right cables try DVI to Component (http://www.google.com/products?q=DVI+to+component+adapter&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=bdfLS8n4CYX8tQO5w72zAw&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=title&resnum=3&ved=0CDAQrQQwAg) for high def.

If within your area, try craigslist (http://www.craigslist.org) for a cheap tv. You might even get lucky and get a free tv.

Local pawn shops and if your convenience stores carry trading journals, check those for cheap tvs, are a better bet than craigslist if your area/town is not listed.
