I would have to say that it's currently Evangelion 2.0: You can(not) advance.
Next, of course is the first Evangelion movie. And Toki o Kakeru Shoujo.

...and all the Inuyasha movies.

Spirited Away - my favorite of the Miyazaki movies, I find it relaxing to watch and the imaginative world is exciting to see
Tekkonkinkreet - I like the relationship of the two brothers and them facing off against the antagonists. It's also artistically amazing and has strong animation to support it
Place Promised in Our Early Days - a bittersweet tale of three childhood friends and where their lives take them
End of Evangelion - a dark conclusion to one of the best anime ever
Evangelion 1.11 - takes the original 6 episodes, improves the pacing and adds more of a connected theme (license 2.22!!!!!!)

My Neighbor Totoro
Spirited Away
Naausica and the Valley of the Wind (only like, 30min of it though...)

Spirted Away.

A word I would use to best describe it would be- "magical". One that I hardly ever use.

I second this. Spirited Away was a really good anime movie and the whole storyline kept me glued. Another good one I liked was Bleach the memories of nobody and that was actually my favorite bleach movie of the ones thus far.

I really loved the first two Bleach movies. They're better than the series to me, no offense(though I do love Bleach)

Speaking of Naruto Movies, the first one was probably the best one. Ninja Clash in the land of snow : ) only one that actually entertained me in the least. I think a Naruto Shipu. movie was released about a month ago onto dvd, not sure though.

It'd be a tie between Akira, The End Of Evangelion, and Cowboy Bebop: The Movie... but leaning more towards Akira.

Probably Akira. I know it's "cool" to hate Akira now and that people find it to be overrated, but nothing beats the thrill of watching this when you were a kid. I remember sneaking the copy from Blockbuster into my home because I heard it was "totally not kids stuff" by Monica Rial. I feel so bad that it's not in my anime collection.

Yeah Spirited Away is a really close call for me. It was my first Miyazaki and I love it to death. it would be my favorite. Naausica replaced it only because of its effect on my life. After watching it I started taking environmentalism a lot more seriously, and have sense volunteered alot. Anyone who is a part of the art of film making wants there story to change lives, its rare that one actually does however. For this, Naausica has to take the cake on my list.

I have enjoyed every Studio Ghibli film that I have seen(Apart from Earthsea, that was watchable but not really up the standards most Studio Ghibli films meet.) I would say to pick one it would be a close call between "Spirited Away" and "Kiki's Delivery Service."
I would also say that I enjoyed the Bleach films.

Very tough to choose one but I'd have to say Char's Counterattack. The music, fight scenes and epic conclusion made it a masterpiece.

1) Kara no Kyoukai - The Garden of Sinners. (It's a series of seven movies. I love all seven and would acclaim them all as apart of my favorites, but the 7th one is without a doubt my all-time favorite anime movie)
2) 5 Centimeters Per Second
3) The Place Promised In Our Early Days
4) Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
5) Howl's Moving Castle
