MGS is full of crazies in fairness.
No doubt GrayFox is the craziest, but Psycho Mantis is mental, all the B&Bs in MGS4, Arsenal Gear in MGS2: ie. when it goes insane and "Fission Mailed" and the Colonel and Rose go crazy.

Obscure one for you: Eric Sparrow in THUG goes a little bit power mad.
But I think the award should go to GrayFox.
