How do you feel about your internet? Like your service, ISP, tech support, payments, and speed, stuff like that.

Eh, I'm on Verizon's 7mbps plan. It was a reasonable transition from 1mbps(which was so slow). I switched plans and the guy from customer service gave me a great deal. I was planning to switch to the 3mbps package for $29.95 a month, but he said I could get the 7mbps pack for $29.95 a month for the first 6 months, and after that it's $39.99 a month. I jumped at that opportunity, and to my surprise, I didn't need a splitter! :p Speeds are decent, and tech support is okay, maybe a 3/5. Verizon's billing sucks though. They mess up a lot of things with their contracts and stuff =(

Overall, I'm satisfied. I was going to go with Roadrunner, but after using my college's computers with Roadrunner, I changed my mind(because the speeds fluctuate...A LOT). I might get Verizon FIOS once I get a better paying job with more hours though =)

verizon dsl. love it. it's super fast. i can watch all my video games trailers in 720p on youtube and load super fast even when they go to 8 minutes. however, i have wireless and it kicks me off the internet from time to time and i have to go shut down the router, restart it, and then wait for all the green lights to come on. that's annoying but it's not a big deal. love my internet provider 4/5 stars for verizon dsl...

Lol, gotta love Verizon, I guess :) Restarting the router may be annoying, but the upside is: you get a different IP address every time ;)

Yup. Comcast cable, pretty fast.
Ah, I've heard of it. Too bad we don't have it here lol :oy:

Quite.

I have 100 mbps up and down without any caps, 10 IPs, near 100% uptime, all for a modest price of ~ $20/month.

But then I live in Sweden. Say what you want about our quasi-socialism, but wrangling the market into unrolling cheap and fast broadband is something it's very good at.

Nice. If only they offered that kind of speed here in America with that price too

Here in Mexico the fastest speed is almost 3mbps and I hate it!! that's the one I have ¬¬ the signal is good and the price is around 20usd per month
Well there's another method with a "hacked motorola dls" up to 10mbps but is illegal xD

They suck! =(
I live on post but since we get to chose either to go with what this installation have or buy an internet provider, which means money is coming out of the pocket from the service members. So yeah, since I'm paying...I better be happy but I'm not. LOL. xD

Hell yeah - everything loads quickly, so I don't have to wait around for ages to get a YouTube video or website to load.

Yah I am quite happy with it. I have a dedicated dsl line running at 100mbps and no speed or bandwidth caps like Eris. But that is because I chose to use dsl rather then the faster cable technology. Though cable is faster downstream, upstream is much slower and bandwidth is shared in a line thus caps are employed to make it fair for everyone. So that is why I now use dsl and am much happier with it.
