So here is a way to colorize the icons/signatures/gfx.

------------------* Start *------------------------------

#1 Open your image & crop it (I will crop it to 100x100px).

#2 Duplicate the background once & set the copy to opacity 41%

#3 Then duplicate the copy again & set it to lighten & opacity 44%

#4 Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
red -100, 100, 83, -20
yellow -63, 0, 0, 0
cyan 48, -54, 69, 31
magenta 38, -27, -67, 37
neutrals -4, -20, -29, -14
black -19, +21, -23, -5

#5 New layer, fill it with the #d2d391, soft light, opacity 49%

#6 New layer, fill it with the #0a13ca, lighten, opacity 34%

& You're done n_n
