Chanbara Beauty is there an Anime?

I was just wondering about Chanbara Beauty. Is it actually the Live Action of any Anime? It is kept in the Anime section of HMV, I have the computer game of it and the live action DVD that is available but what(if any) anime is the film based on?

I don't think so, I think it's just HMV screwing up putting the live action in the anime section.

Okay, thanks for clearing it up. I just thought it might have been the Live Action version of an old Anime seeing as they put the Live Action version of Cutie Honey(Which there is an Anime version of) in the Anime section. But maybe this isn't the case.
