Hello, everybody.

I was transliterating this song by Nightmare. And I'm having a problem with a phrase that's sung completely different from what's written in Kanji. I just can't figure it out! :p It's on the second line of the first verse:

双子の理性 地に着かぬ足
常識人の消えた街
グチャグチャに愚者が 徨う様は
ふわふわHigh High 徘徊 快 径

futago no risei chi ni tsukanu ashi
??????? no kieta machi
gucha-gucha ni gusha ga samayou sama wa
(fuwa-fuwa High High) haikai kai kei

Here's the song video link (just jump to 00:00:45 to skip the long music entry):

Can anyone hear what it is? (No guessing please, if you don't know what it means, then don't bother posting a reply.)

NOTE: Please do NOT post the reading of the bold Kanji. This is not a dictionary question.

EDIT: And don't bother using Web search. I already tried, and all the stupid lyrics websites transliterated it as written, ignoring the spoken lyrics.

Sounds like モラリスト (moralist).
