What Anime Are These Girls From?

I found these two pictures, and I'd really like some more and maybe even find some clips of these two girls. Does anyone know where they're from?

I've seen that girl before, but she's not from an anime. She's from a doujin soft that I don't knows name. At best you might want to ask in a site like animesuki or myanimelist where there are many doujin soft fans.

The only thing I can tell you is that the artist for the second pic is Aoi Kimizuka.

EDIT: I did my research. The girl Kimizuka drew is Noel Yukimura (http://www.oaks-soft.co.jp/princess-soft/3ldk/chara04.html) from 3LDK. (Link is SFW since it's the PS2 ver.)
