hmm... i know a few but there are two i like to follow and believe in:

"people can only affect you if you let them." to me that means that whenever someone says something to hurt me or something like that then it will only hurt me if i let it hurt me, and i should work on that. its hard to follow, but i really like it. its also good because when im sad, i know that i can feel better if i let people make me feel better when they try :) instead of just not listening and being sad.

"treat people like you want them to treat you." i think everyone knows this one but i also really like this ^^ im a happy person and i like being nice to people because i think things are much more fun and better when people are happy, and i think people like that other people are nice to them. i like when people are nice to me too, so i try to be nice as much as i can even when people arent nice to me ^^.
