I have been a fan of Blink 182 since Enema of the State came out. Everyone seemed to like them. Now at school i'm mocked for liking them. I just want to know if anyone still has good taste in music.

I think you like at first LINKIN PARK (don't turn your....)!!! In my country this band is rather popular and a lot of people of my age like to listen it. I cann't say that i like blink 182 very much, just several songs(like:The rock show,all the small things,.....).Also i like the offspring, carry out and green day.
My favourite band is Rage against the machine.Have you ever heard it???And what’s about AC/DC??

man i love linkin parklet me guess Tyler ur sum where between 13-15 and blink 182 rock donkey well i like their new song "I'm feeling this" i like most punk and Grunge bands but i hate all tha rap and hip hop

I don't like rap & hip hop too, except some EMINEM's songs(Without me, and ....) But also i preffer Paul van Dyk,Ian Van Dahl and Foo Fighters(all my life i've been searching for smt.....)

But i like several songs of Linkin Park(such as Crawling).But RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE("How i just kill a man","Guerrilla radio") is best alternative band in the whole world !!!!

Nevertheless, nomatter weather i like it or not, my point is that it is not punk.

Blink 182 is just getting sad. Everyone in the band has to be around 30, and they're still making watered-down punk/pop songs about getting wasted when they were 16.

sure they are getting old, but at least they stick with it. their new songs rocks and and their past music wasn't bad. Enema of the state was my favorite album. and if you don't like them make a new post that bashes them instead of doing it here. yes, i like Linkin Park, Greenday, Sum 41, Rancid and Millencollin. Blink 182 might not be "real" punk but the misic is good nonetheless.

No, I really don&#39;t have a problem with Green Day. I like a Lot of the songs from Dookie and Nimrod (especially Hitching a Ride). However, I don&#39;t think Warning was up to Par. Then again, Green Day doesn&#39;t sing about when they were Teenagers anywhere near as much, so its kind of a moot point, eh?

Honestly I was never a fan of Blink 182... They arn&#39;t so much punk (I never thought they were but....) anymore as purely pop and I think thats why their popularity went from hero to zero. Now if you want my advice I&#39;d say go out and try listening to a few songs outside the mainstream branches of music (like Linkin Park, Blink 182, and many other bands)...I&#39;m sure you&#39;ll find something you really like and the cd&#39;s are usually cheaper

P.S. listen to the Bad Brains...pure and simple...

i just got the new cd and i will say that in many songs they talk about their teenage years in other cd&#39;s but not as much in this one and it&#39;s actually pretty good

if have the new cd then listen to Asthenia, #9. it&#39;s about an astronaut who doesn&#39;t know if going back would mean anything. violence, #4, is also a good song
