Another fantastic contest idea brought up by a forum regular.
The main rule of this contest is simple: work with a partner! Do you like someone's style and would like to work on a wallpaper with them? Want to modify a person's existing wallpaper (ask their permission first! they might even let you use their psp file!)? Now's your chance!

theme: any anime/manga/game
due date: Dec 13 (2 weeks!)
random rules: must be with a member of the forum (or atleast AG.com), both must work on the design of the wallpaper
