not bad, the biggest problems i have with it are that the picture of sasami is grainy (which can be fixed by using the smudge tool in each of the solid areas, i know it takes a long time, but it'll pay off well in the end), also her ponytail thing on the left looks odd, it's like the outline is half missing, you should probably do something about that (use the vector pen to redraw the outline maybe?), and lastly, change the color of the outer glow, please, there's almost no white at all in that picture, there shouldn't be a white glow, it just doesn't fit.

anyways, yeah it'll be perfect with a clean up i think

The pic quality should be much better.
The background is nice, but those flowers inside that box are totally unneeded.

bg is good, maybe do something to the flower pic though...put a filter on it or something looks too much like a ploin picture. Sasami needs to be fixed some and I think she has to much contrast reduce it a little bit. The cutout on the hair could use some fixing, redraw the edge with a brush or maybe blur it some..

Nice job though, tenchi walls are great!!!
