People have asked about this same image before.

It's not from an anime. It's more than likely just a stand-alone illustration, and there's also the possibility it's from an eroge or something.

Your friend is funny! Boku no Pico is a shotacon anime. No way is that from Boku.

I swear I've seen it in a war visual novel, but alast I'm no help.
