oh wow, what an interesting concept! I'm digging it! The colors, the shapes, the image's filter... all facinating

I do have an issue with the character itself. it seems too traditional for such a mod background. If you do want to continue to use it, some of the edges still need to be cleaned up. Also, maybe try adding traditional elements that are still modern looking... like a pagoda, japanese umbrella, or a kimono.

Yeah, I got a lot of complaints about the character specifically; I'm gonna try fixing up Aoi, but in the mean time, I produced a Gundam version:

the first one looks good ! but you should try to overpoint the white places on the character ...

First one: Pretty nice, though the yellow seems a bit... I don't know, dark... I don't really like the yellow tone that you used, but it's a pretty nice concept :) Also, clean the edges.

Second one: YOU STOLE MY GUNDAM! =P The main pic looks odd, even though the background kinda fits it...

First one looks better in my opinion, but on the second one the background fits the character more...

I like the first one better (after cleaning up the image, that is!). I would definately try to link the background with the image a little bit.

I really like the wall design and stuff, the first one is defently better then the second. Good job miko.
