Ideas for a game?

I'm creating a new online anime based rpg game, to give you an idea of the game: its a medievil scenerie like most rpgs today but loads much more to do. But I don't have any idea how the char's should look or the npc's. Maybe you guys could help and give me a hint what functions you would want extra.:unsure:
