In Dragonballs the family tree of Goku goes from Goku's father to Goku's great great grandchild. That is unusually long for a tv show. Are thee anime such as historical epics or time travel science fiction and fantasy with longer family trees?

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JoJo's_Bizarre_Adventure). The family tree spans from the Victorian Age to the 20th century.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JoJo%27s_Bizarre_Adventure). The family tree spans from the Victorian Age to the 20th century.

The Victorian age lasted from 1837 to 1901, the 20th century from 1901 to 2000, or less precisely from 1900 to 1999. So the time span from the Victorian age to the 20th Century is minus 1 year to plus 163 years. At about 25 years per "generation gap" that would be between zero to six "generation gaps". Goku's genealogy has six generations and five "generation gaps", so JoJos Bizzare Adventure would be no more than one generation longer, unless her family had a string of short generations.
I think the longest genealogy in an American tv show was the Collins family in Dark Shadows, covering about 300 years, but there may have been gaps and I suspect the writers sometimes contradicted previous data.
So can anyone think of any even longer family trees in Anime and Manga?

Air , I think? I'm not sure if they mention any dates but I think there should be at least 300 years in the line.
