Ive been looking for an old anime series for a while now. I used to watch it on the sci-fi channel on saturday mornings like 10yrs ago. As much as I can remember, the main character was a girl and she had a whip, and when she twisted the handle it turned into a sword. There where also guns. It seemed futuristic a little bit. I remember that she had a chain she would throw and catch people with. I remember something about her brother being an expiriment or something and turning into a monster, and she was trying to save him, and was also fighting him. If I remember more ill post again. Hopefully itll ring some bells cause I used to love watching it! Thanks!
