www.allrpg.com have final fantasy wallpapers but if you are talking about "Final Fantasy" then I don't know...and the small pic to display your picture, which what I think you mean is the Avatars am I right??

I think he means a small picture that links to your larger image like they have on AW.com . The way that this is done is by shrinking your original image.
