Newbie looking for hints to improve a wallpaper.

Hey, this is the first time i actually consider uploading some of my "work." :P
Just basically looking for any kind of advice/hint on how to improve this wallpaper.

I have recently seen the anime Rosario+Vampire and figured i'd look for a wallpaper in
this style. When my searching returned nothing, i decided to make it myself.

Personally, i don't consider it finished. The rosario is the thing that needs the most
work. Was unable to find anyone online, so had to screencap one from one of the episodes.

Thankful for any hints regarding improving it!

Thats a neat wallpaper. I think the two back images , thats in half , i think if you have kept them in full but in fading texture but in full , then maybe it can add some difference.The front images are nicely arranged.And that cross should have more dark in colour , its more fading. Well i aint giving you informations in details , you can wait till the other members can give you advice on this , because they will surely give you some better hints then i am giving....dont worry.
...so goodluck...and keep working on your wallpapers...surely want to see more of your work.
