it was half cut and the line across sucks

looks good to me (you sure the scan was messed up? ) the only thing i think needs changed about it is the moon, it just seems too plain to me, try maybe using a real picture of the moon and modifying it some see if it looks better.

I like it a lot, specially that bridge background. Very cool :)
One thing I don't like is how the moon looks REALLY artificial... Try making a better elaborated moon... If you're using Photoshop it shouldn't be hard...
