1) Darth Vader, Star Wars, movie. Truely evil if you can use the force to choke someone through a screen.

2) The Prophet of Mercy, Halo 2 and 3, video game. To me he was powerful and corrupt because he controlled an army and it's every belief, at one moment.

3) Davy Jones, Pirates of the Carribean, Movie. Gave no Mercy and laughed at the love. Amazing.

he did a lot of things to Alita to make her hate him a lot such taking away her adoped farter Ido by having him killed then telling him things that
made him wanted to wipe his own mind and forget Alita also killing her and bringing her back to life but not telling her that he copied and stole her real brain, he cant be killed he just regenrates or grows a brand new body also he has a thing for eating flan he can make as much as he wants since in a omake strip he got a machine that makes it from dirt and fish bones.

he started out as a nobelman but then died and came back as a vampire with plans to become the balance gaurdian of nosgoth replacing the one that died and haunts the pillars, along the way he got his hand on the soul reaver (sword used by the first vampire of nosgoth) he also made his own empire by turning long dead serafan warriors (sworn to kill all vampire) into his vampire generals, and betraying his first son Raziel for evolving before him by tearing his wings and casting him into the lake of the dead

3.Akuma from most street fighter games after super SF II turbo

he was the Brother of Gouken the master of Ken and Ryu after wanting to be stronger he fully masterd the style and performed the Dark hadou or raging demon (that before was used for killing more than fighting) and testing it out on Gouken killing and taking his bead necklace as a prize after seeing Ryu's skill from then he has tryed to turn him to the side of evil, but even without the dark hadou Ryu is a even match for him, but Akuma's power got even stronger after he stole the orochi power from Rugal and became Shin (god) Akuma
