it is really nice, but i would play up the text a bit. Let it blend with the background a bit! something like just a soft, light blue glow around it would help.

hehehe ... you know what ? this background looks like from some old 16bit color space video game or something ... but nice ! hehe :D

I agree with MistressPookyChan. You should spoof up the text a bit. Maybe give it a thick black outline, or somthing of the sort. Overall very good though!

I'll just go with what was said before... The text needs to blend more with the rest of the wall...
The scan is good, the cutout job is good, the background is good, the text doesn't fit... Good job so far :)
