Konnichiwa!! I am a Japanese Otaku loving an anime.
I watch anime everyday! Recently favorite is code geass.

As you know, I am not so good in English.
I hope you can allow some inconvenience due to my poor English.

I'm really happy to find such communication site for anime fans.
I'm curious to know about acceptance of anime around the world.
It's one of theme of my study in university.
If you could answer my question, I would be a happy camper.:)

Anime acceptance around the world seems to be surprisingly high.

We've got people on this forum from Malaysia, the philippines, and Brunei. I think a lot of other countries as well.

I'm not sure how much anime gets translated into other languages but many people in pretty much every country can speak some english. Subtitles actually probably make that easier since you can pause and look up words and such.
