i'm guessing, Microsoft Paint? It's god but the lack of image quality and idk whatelse something just doesnt look right.
I say download GIMP at GIMP.ORG or try free trials for Photoshop at adobe.com

But is it good for paint and first go? oh in that case, try checking out some tutorials we have here at AF. OR you could google GIMP tutorials, and dont forget tn download brushes. And I say microsoft paint is somewhat good bt i prefer to nt use it, the program isnt as useful as GIMP or PhotoShop. Bt keep practicing you'll improve. ^ ^
