Kanji Info Help Please

Mouseover a kanji character for lookup information

I'm trying to learn the kanji and I've made a super way to learn them but,
This trick with mouseover is great but where can I get all of the kanji this way, with readings, meanings?
I made a list of 30 kanji from the song Sunao Na Niji with copy paste, they look good, they work on paper and, more importantly, on my mp4 which makes it even easier to learn
