pencil, scanner, photoshop CS... on my laptop easy to paint in plain colors... less time took to finish it i like CG art!

Ah!
You style is in all means perfect in what you make it, not my kinda work though.
The only thing that I can say is the shorts strokes and the fact that your male hands are more feminine than the females. Like I said though thats may be your style.

The odd thing is... Why use Windows paint to insert the text when photoshop can make emaculate text?

Unable to colour this sketch now, tired already after a long busy day....
Hopefully I won't miss this Dark Knight movie, almost 1 month in the cinema already...
