I know you still have a lot to learn. But you just saved a picture and edited it with websites that add text and effects.

Well that maybe true but I've tried to use a program to do them but I found it too hard to use so I find it easier to use blingee and glitterfy to make them.

Which program did you try? GIMP is fairly easy to use, and there are quite a few tutorials.

I mostly use Paint Shop and I also have one called Animation Shop. I'll try out the you suggest too. A friend online friend from another forum that is really good making at them but she's not a fan of Sailor Moon but she might make me one if I asked her. I'm going to try myself first and if I don't succeed with than I'll ask her to make me one if she can.

I tried out GIMP. It's actually a lot of fun to use. I'm still learning how to use it. I made one siggie with it of Helios and Rini but I can't up load it to photobucket for some reason.

is it saved as an xcf? That's the default fir gimp I think, and I don't think it will upload to photoshop. Try saving it as a .png

I tried that and it still won't work but I'm really stubborn so I won't stop until I figured out a way to upload it to photobucket.

Cute sigs, reminds me of when I got into glitter graphics.
Gimp is a good program to use, use should try using it.
