Anime/ Manga Crushes

This is sad i know but a few or alot of my friends who are into anime and manga have had crushes on some of the characters......I was wandering...are they alone on this?
Have ANY of you had a crush on an anime/ manga character? or have a crush on one? or infatuation?

When I was younger I had a thing for the young animu lady playing my current avatar, Soryuu Asuka Langley.

There's something about the apparent (over)confidence and the extreme insecurity behind it. Reminded me of a real someone I had a crush on.

Kyo Sohma of Fruits Basket. I still have a crush on him, and I don't think it will ever go away. I think it has something to do with the fact that he's so broken, it makes want to hold him...

If by "crush" you mean "admiration for their better qualities while fully accepting that they are fictional characters" then yes, I have a crush on many anime/manga characters.
