Wow. That would've taken me hours to figure out.

Since I do a lot of animation with a computer. I'm kind of curious if you would know how to do a top-down view with rain. If so, I'd really love to see a tutorial for it even though it would be much much harder.

and BTW on the motion blur bit I only explained it the way the rain on my pic was so
on that bit make it the way that you rain image does so it's more realistic(??)

It took me a bit with the levels since I don't use PS, but I got it! ^__^
