Hey guys, I need a bit of help, I'm trying to make a Costume for the Combine (Trans-human) Soldier, pictured here:

I'd need to find out what kind of Jacket that is and well, any info on the actual pieces of clothing would be helpful. Hopefully I can have this prepared before the next convention.
