Greetings!
I just joined up here, and I was looking for some recommendations.
I'm looking for some anime that have good fights in them.

I'm already watching the mainstream ones (Naruto, Bleach, FMA, etc.),
so those ones are off the list!
Any types of "battles" are okay (swords, martial arts, "magic")

If you have any ideas, do share!

Hey lahoya! Howzit going? Well it sounds like your interested in a good scrap! For an Ultra violent scrap I recommend "Fist of the North Star." Add this movie to your collection! :banghead:

Try Code Geass, Eureka Seven, Samurai Champloo, and FLCL! They're comical, have good fights and awesome plots.

The battles in S-Cry-Ed are really sweet, especially towards the end. <3

For me, "good fights" brings Claymore and Berserk to mind

Ah man, I don't believe that "Baki the Grappler" is not mentioned yet.
If you're looking for an anime with lots of fighting, look this one up!

Ginatama has some pretty good action sequences in the more serious moments. I second Samurai X (Rurouni Kenshin) for sword fights, especially the OVAs.
