Hi guys. There's this anime movie of the 80's (I think) where a little girl from some kind of heaven is send from his father to save/help the people "down" on earth. I remember, she is watching the people she is suppose to help in the fire, and then she jumps in the fire to go down to earth ( I know it sounds crazy and funny) I would appriciate if you would let me know, if it rings any bells.
