I have a feeling this is just a fan image. My friend who is an anime geek found it but didn't mention it was from a series or anything.

Hmm, it may not be a fan-image. I have a feeling it belongs to a dating sim but I'm not sure. Where did you get it anyway? That might offer some clues.

to me it looks like its from a sim game so it might actually be both a fan image and from a sim game
