They really lack any actual style. You should try out out doing more than just putting a bunch of pictures together to make a signature. Use flow or anything in general to develop your own style.

On the TRC sig, are those northern lights I see?? Well, they're more of a wallpaper thing. They're too big to fit in the space of a little signature.
Also, quality isn't so good. Try to push that up as well.

yeah, I agree, I saw that wall before, did you just resized it? cuz that's not allowed, you have to make the siggy yourself, not just from a part of a picture.

plus that Chii pic, I know i've seen that somewhere too!
what program do you use? it's not that hard to make a siggy you know.

It's just stuff copied and pasted onto paint, you take off the drawing opaque, and add in your title. One, was obviously made on photobucket, and the others are just images, like I said, copied and pasted into a banner with your name.

Try actually making your OWN background for the images, because then it looks alot better.

And Momento Mori: Yes. You are correct. I use photobucket editor and I also do use paint but mostly Adobe.. I have no idea how to make my own backround's and have no idea what program to use.

The backgrounds really lack some pizazz in it, try doing some blending or some stock image as a background and mess around with the smudge tool.

As YukiOnna said, you should really try some tutorials and learn from them.

They will definitely give you a lot of advice and they will help tremendously.

There's a spot of the character's hair were you messed up with extracts.But I like the simplicity of the signature.

You really need to start centralizing your focuses (which in this case are your extracts).
The backgrounds are beautiful, however I think you need to work on the text work and the lighting.
Other than that, you have some great potential.
So keep practicing and trying tutorials.

The text seems too harsh.
- Most probably because of the program that you are using.
If you can, try not to use fluro colours that contrast each other, as you have done with the pink and yellow.
But I like your overall signature idea.

Why do you write your own txt instead of find a gd font....all these sigs looks like they have been made in paint...and the only sig tht does look gd is the green elf one...which looks to me like photoshop.....weird....

Here is what Intuition GFX is.
We are a group of GFX members who have gathered together from AF to become one of the largest resource gathering group. What we do is we try to collect as many tutorials, fonts, extractions, stock images and distribute it amongst ourselves while learning from each other on how to become a better Graphic Designer.
We are nothing more than just another GFX group and it's not something too big.
In other words...
WE ARE TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE INTERNET WORLD.

Now onto your signatures...

I know simplicity is the key, however sometimes, your backgrounds are TOO simple.
Also some of the extracts are horrible quality.
Focus on centralizing your extracts and using C4Ds to create flow.
Also...
The text is WAY TOO HARSH.
Most of them would be nice if it wasn't for the forced/harsh text.
Listen to Unlimited and dotmyztick, because they really know how to play with text placement.

So you REALLY need to fix on these things.

Text placement: Don't make it too harsh and pixelated (if you can) and don't spread it all over the signature. Keep them around one area. I know text can be really useful to cover negative space, but it really distracts your central focus.

Backgrounds: They are good, but most of the time, they are too simple. Try to blend them more with the extract. Focus on the colors of the extract first, and after you have determined the more noticable colors of the extract, try making the background color theme to those colors.

I agree with Balance on the extract quality - you need to find some better quality extractions, and there are plenty of those floating around here. Also work on your text - it's too sharp. Find a nice smooth font for your sigs that fit with your extract. Keep up the work!

Deevious Demon: I didn't actually write my own writing on the sig.. It's fonts that are supposed to look handwritten. But, thanks anyway ^^ And, I make them all using Photoshop and GIMP.

Balance: Lol, GFX's taking over the Internet world.. Oddish =D. Hmm, I don't really get what you mean by Harsh. When I make my sigs and add on text, it doesn't look pixelly at all! But when I upload them to Photobucket, it just goes all crazy. And trying to browse them on AF sig uploader or whateveh, its says Error and stuff so I don't bother. And, by Blend do you mean blending the backround with the extract, like making similar colours? Could you give me a tip on how to make my backrounds look pretteh? Tss, the extracts.. The last one I did I rushed, but I suck at extracting anyway. I just go to fliter > extract > click smart highlighting.. Which helps..
So, like, with GFX, is there one for people who make CSS's and HTML's and layouts?

Hm, a better way of getting a more HQ picture is through finding the better quality picture! Or if you'd like, just do this FILTER > NOISE > REDUCE NOISE,
for an alternative :3 Not exactly as good as hard work of searching but it does jump up the quality by a bit. A more SUPERIOR way is getting the Topaz Vivacity plug-in, but it has to be purchased for full use.

Ohh-ahh, the sharpness, this is None setting.
Its probably the setting you used. Heres a preview of a few of the better settings.

You used "None" in most cases, which gives that rough-mountainy look. While the others WILL certainly give a more smoother feel to it.

I like it all, except the extract seems to have alot of flaws.

Other then the Render being a bit choppy around the edges I love the rest!

Anyway on your new sig doesn't really have anything in common with Sakura.
Maybe make it sweet and cute ^.^ aswell try not to use dark colors like black - brown - blue.
Sakura does seem to be choppy try smudging of putting a somewhat glow?
Nonetheless I like the effects =]

This signature looks really...odd.
It's very cute...
But I think there are a lot of random things that pop out of nowhere.
For example, the colored boxes that look like it's part of a clipping mask.
Also the circles on the left are random too.
I dunno, I find the smudging quite unattractive too.

Try using pen tool next time to extract that is...if you have Photoshop...
If not, don't be afraid to go find some.
Or just manipulate the stock image to get what you want.

The lemon set is cute, I like the colors but the lemon itself is a bit blurry. The white font goes well with the chunky border. =)

The first one is more of a banner than a signature. The choice of colors is nice but I think more than just splatter brushes need to be put in for an actual piece of work if that's what you're heading for. (if this sounds harsh feel free to disregard it).

And you're getting better . But I have a question , in what way do you extract your render ? (liek a cut ?)

My advice - Read up some tutorials and learn some new techniques. Your sigs seems pretty much the same as they did a few months ago when you first started the topic. Art is all about change and how you evolve your own style.

Another tip is to get Photoshop or another good software like that if you're not using it already.

Sorry to be quite blunt here...
But the image quality is really horrible.
There are four things you really need to work on this signature.
One would obviously be image quality. It looks like it's something ripped. I know it's not, but it also looks like that you weren't trying hard enough to really bring out the quality in the extract. Either that, or it was enlarged.
The second thing would be blending. Everyone really needs to learn how to blend the extract in rather than just slap it in.
The third would be placement. All your signatures had the focus on the sides which is a number one thing that most people tend to make a mistake on. Center your focus, and start from there.
The last would be text. Don't spread it all over the place. Go read the Tips of the Week by Serated. Those will help you tremendously.

Hey Moro! It been quiet a while. For your latest signature, the image is too rough. You can smudge around the image on the rough parts. You should feather your images Moro, that way the outline of the image would be smoother! As for your ava, It think you shouldn't have cut the body and hair of, it just look kinda odd. Your backgrounds are really awesome but you need to work more on your image extracting. I hope this helps somehow... Don't be discourage, I know you can do it Moro!

Yeah, my latest purple sig was really bad xD I didn't really try.
Yeah the extract was bad. I got it from Serated/Fleur Dalis, but then I had to resize it. And I just used the Magic Wand Tool to extract the resize. : \ Is there any way that I can resize on Photoshop?

- Make the render smaller(much smaller)
- Maybe try a vector style with it
- Make the text(your name) smaller and try to bring it next to the render. That, and choose a better color for it. =p Remove "Loli-Land" as well. =p I never did like sigs with too much text.

Other then that, just try and get a flow with it if you're going for the vector style... or anything else for that matter. DL some brushes off dA and what-have-you. Then choose the appropriate colors(in this case I'm assuming is blue, white, and pink).

@ RL Link: I usually, as you can tell if you look back, put a text to do with topic. So it stays that way. And you can doll it up that way. The render is supposed to be 'walking into' the signature. What do you mean by Vector Style? It's purpose is supposed to be simple yet effective. I made the render big so my text doesn't need to be smaller. That way it brings out both the text and the render.

Anyway. You still have a long way to go you know. For character placement, try centering your focus. Use C4Ds and lighting effects. Also, try playing with adjustment layers.
You could try out a bunch of tutorials if you want to really understand sigs better ^^
There's loads available here and at dA. You can also ask others to make you tutorials if you're interested to know about some effect they've used on a tag.

Try Resizing you Renders smoothly, maintaining the aspect ratio. Smooth shrinking helps improve the quality. Don't do it manually, resize it with a program that has Smooth-Scaling.

Unfortunate warning-

Since my mom is getting a computer, and we used somebody elses photoshop to put it on our PC, i'm not sure about how we can get photoshop. I need to ask my mom about it. But if not, then i'll have a lot of crappy GIMP sigs, as I have no idea how to use it. Well, some.. But it's difficult. I'll update on it later.

I think it's funny how you put Rai over Tomo's mouth in the, very funny idea but I think it could have been moved very slightly so it's easier to read, or maybe a slight glow. I've never been good at advice.

I really like the Loli set, simple and cute. I think your character placement is good and the text is fine for what you wanted. At least, I think you just wanted something that was purposefully simple and siggish, not some masterpeice wallpaper in sig form. Not to say there's anything wrong with either, I like variety.

Can't say I really like the iMoro sig. I don't like ipods first of all, so I'm already biased. Nor do I like pink. And that platter effect in the bg is a good idea, but I think it needs something...more. Not sure what unfortunately. Btw, good job with the apple logo. xD Cute.

Overall, I think you've improved a lot. You're pretty good for being such a young Moro, and yes you have much to learn. But EVERYONE has something to learn, and if a sigmaker gets to the point that he/she thinks there's nothing more to learn, then that person is retarded! There's always room for improvement, for experimenting, for tweaking, for trying out new styles! Keep up your work Moro. :3

Kay, its way too simple. No flow, no blending, not very good use of space and text. You could drastically use some improvement in so many field, but I think you should work on your placement first. In the grand scheme of things, where you place the general stock or focus will dictate what you can do with it. In your case you filled up as much of the signature as possible with the stock, which isnt very good. This limits your space for more actual effects to make your signature shine.

Add more space by sizing the stock down, and then add more effects to it. For the world is your oyster, and therefore should be abused as such.

i do like the idea, but it just seems like the bg doesnt go with the render
i would have liked to see something cleaner, more defined
the colors are okay, and the lighting, i see a source but it doesn't seem right o.o; try to put it in one way (idk how to explain.. like, one direction.)
the border is too thick for my tastes, and the text needs work. try to keep the text (your name text or whatever text) near the focal, but not obstructing it.
the 'focus inside chaos' text isnt really appealing, maybe more complex typo would make it better, or at least make it away from that whole in the 'o' in "chaos" >_<

for the second set, the biggest thing that bothers me is the whole blue color. the whole sig just seems boring to me automatically cos it's just one color. blue. the typo is getting better, but again the 'morodashi' seems too far away from the focal. it distracts me, at least lol. the bg doesnt blend very well, but it's at least 'cleaner' than your past sig. the border is more slender, so it looks better than a big fat border.
for the avatar, the text isn't bad, but it could be better. i think it'd be better to just not have text on it at all, tbh. i dont really see any flow in the sig, cept the dots trying to lead the way, lol. try using c4d's and such to help with flow or just stripes,etc.. stuff like that, i think helps X_x (then again, i'm not so big on flow myself xDD)

overall: you're improving and that's great, you just need to get more practice in.

the images are too saturated, and for the radio head sig: you used a gradient map, right? try to set the blending mode to something more subtle, that it adds color to the sig, rather than drown it and make it tooooooo bright in some spots.

another thing is the text, your morodashi text is too far from the focal.
i like your concepts though, and the typo.
