Another lengthy one...
http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/digimon/intheblue.htm

First of all, the song is sung by Kamiya Hiroshi, not Wada Kouji & AiM.

Sometime, in some place, you saw something like
A crowd of stars in a certain month, and they were blue
I'm only merely a man at this hour,
Always having my spirit being taken away->

As if I had seen them sometime, somewhere
The stars clustered, the moon was blue
In a single moment
My heart was completely taken from me見た様な here is "as if I had seen them" rather than "Saw something like"
群れ月 was somehow mistaken as "certain month", ひととき is one word, "moment" rather than "hito" and "toki" ずっと here means entirely rather than always. The subject I've changed to "I", because it only makes sense that way being that it's a character theme.

The star being led by the night of day,
Its spirit floating, you then murmured...->

Guided by the stars on the evening of that day
It floated in my heart, murmuring..."星に導かれた" The stars weren't led, Kouji was. I don't know who or what their "it" was referring to but there's nothing to suggest that it's this thing's spirit floating, it's Kouji's.

Only in my eyes, you see just one Regret
You just smiled, the moonlight pouring,
Only in my heart, can't take away the Regret
Regret stops, but the word is repeated three more times,
I am trembling...in the blue, blue moon.->

In your eyes, that one regret
Bathed in the moonlight, I laugh
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
Repeats every time I lament over those words
Shivering... in the blue, blue moonThe subject isn't clear in reference to the first 'regret', but I think it makes more sense as "you". (You can't see a regret in your own eyes, right?) 浴びて in reference to moonlight would be something like "to bathe" or "to bask" rather than "pour", 消せない is "unerasable", it's kinda funny they say "three times" as my dictionary definition for たび says "times (three times, each time, etc.)" so they must be using the same one... but there's no actual "3" anywhere in there. no clue where "Regret stops" came from, though. Don't know where they got the "only"s from.

I became just a little adult,
I like to copy a experienced, standing on tiptoe.
Everyday, it doesn't seem to end:
Always searching for the answer.->

It seems I've grown up just a little
And have become accustomed to stretching out a bit
in my nonstop everyday life
I'm always searching for an answerI'm not sure if they meant physically a "little adult" what that or if adult is an adjective there and it's just bad phrasing, but my translation is much more clear. Somehow they thought "experienced" was a better translation of 慣れた than "become accustomed to" 日常 is "everyday" not "every day"... they used the right spelling there but not the right meaning.

Because of that day, only you
And that constant air blowing...->

Now, It seems to me that only you
Haven't changed from how you were on that dayI can see how they got constant from 変わらない, but "air blowing"...?

Only in my eyes, you see just one Regret,
To the beginning of the season, forgetting things, I wonder...
Only in my heart, can't take away the Regret
I experienced even the smallest pain.
To be smiling again...in the blue, blue moon.->

In your eyes, that one regret
I wonder if I can forget it by running
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
This tiny me has become a bit accustomed to that pain
I'm laughing... in the blue, blue moonThey mistook 走り出す with 走り, "First harvest of the season" and turned it into "the beginning of the season"
ちっぽけな俺が clearly means he is the small one, not the pain, there's nothing to suggest "again" after "I'm laughing/smiling"

Just thinking...in the blue, blue moon...->

Remembering... in the blue, blue moon憶えてる is specifically remembering.

And the whole thing...

As if I had seen them sometime, somewhere
The stars clustered, the moon was blue
In a single moment
My heart was completely taken from me

Guided by the stars on the evening of that day
It floated in my heart, murmuring...

In your eyes, that one regret
Bathed in the moonlight, I laugh
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
Repeats every time I lament over those words
Shivering... in the blue, blue moon

It seems I've grown up just a little
And have become accustomed to stretching out a bit
in my nonstop everyday life
I'm always searching for an answer

Now, It seems to me that only you
Haven't changed from how you were on that day

In your eyes, that one regret
I wonder if I can forget it by running
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
This tiny me has become a bit accustomed to that pain
I'm laughing... in the blue, blue moon

In your eyes, that one regret
Bathed in the moonlight, I laugh
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
Repeats every time I lament over those words
Shivering... in the blue, blue moon

In your eyes, that one regret
In my heart, the regret I can't erase
In your eyes, that one regret
Blue, blue moon

Remembering... in the blue, blue moon
