Kanji Submission Question

I was just wondering... I have the kanji lyrics to a number of songs. I was just wondering, if I wanted to submit only the kanji lyrics (as the roomaji lyrics have already been submitted,) would I just hit the link that says "[Submit a song for blahblah]" at the bottom of the page, and then fill in only the kanji section? Or is there some other way that this should be gone about? I was also wondering... Can I still submit kanji lyrics, even if I didn't submit the roomaji version of the song?

There's a kanji submission section on this forum. Just create topics for each of them there.
