Mmkay... sorry for posting such a random topic, but I really need help
from someone familiar with Japense entertainment. But I found this forum on google and registered just to ask this >w< I'm not hardcore
into Japanese stuff, so I don't have many connections so I figured it
couldn't hurt to start here. What's more, I'm offering a 5k reward
to whoever can identify this character!!
Anywho's, short story: My english teacher is giving extra credit to
whoever can identify a specific Japanese toy action figure. My teacher's
brother bought it off of a Japense website thinking it was a shogun warrior
toy (sp?)[I guess since it was in Japanese, he didn't really know what he was doing]. However, when he opened the box, he found a very small plastic
action figure that looked like this: (I sketched a rough picture during class)

It's about 4-6 inches high, brownish hair with a weird tuff on top. Black cape, red outfit and a wand. It also has vampyric teeth. It's a creepy chibi looking thing with very pointy, big eyebrows.
So yeah, I'm assuming its a Japanese character from an anime or something. If
anyone recognizes this or has an idea I would really appreciate it! And it would really help my grade in English.
