I found some One piece songs' titles are spelled or translated incorrectly.
Below are corrections I made. I'm so sorry that correction list is too long... :(

たしかに、サイトによって番号づけが違うようです。
「特番で放映」とあるとおり、"Family"はいままで数回だけ、
ふだんより時間の長いエピソードのEDとして使われました。
この曲がja.wiki (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ONE_PIECE_%28%E3%82%A2%E3%83%8B%E3%83%A1%29#.E4.B8 .BB.E9.A1.8C.E6.AD.8C)で9番目になっているのは、8番目のEDを使っている期間に
特番のEDとして初めて使われたからだと思います。
この曲を"9th ED"ではなく"ED of Special Episodes"として、
それより後の曲を9, 10, ...としてもよいでしょう。
