Help me name this movie from a scene ADULTS

I had a friend tell me about an older anime that had a scene where there was a pentagram on the floor and a few girls that were abused until the pentagram filled with blood and a demon appeared.

i thought i may have been doomed megalopolis but im not sure and i wanted to figure it out.

any help would be appreciated.

i dont think that was it. i remember hearing about the anime around 96-97 right around the first time i saw legend of the overfiend.

i thought it may have been doomed megalopolis but im not sure

i think i remember him saying that there were nazis but again it was over ten years ago
