What is your favourite gear for lluffy and why?

You're all idiots. "Gear" doesn't refer to his clothing. "Gear" is the name Luffy has given to the alternate methods of fighting that he has developed from his Akuma no Mi abilities.

My favorite is Gear Second. I believe that speed is of the key elements in winning a fight, and Gear Second, despite it's negative effects, allows Luffy to simply demolish opponents. Look at what he did to Blueno with that final Gomu Gomu no Jet Bazooka, or even better, the epic Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling he used to defeat Lucci.

Gear Third is cool, but it's fairly slow, and makes him a very easy target for opponents. Not to mention it can only be used on a single limb of his body at a time, and takes a few seconds to transfer from each limb.
