I've decided to give a shot in translating it, because the song is absolutely beautiful. And, surprisingly translatable, compared to other works of Ali Project.

どんなにあなたが探したって
見つかるわけない
わたしが持つのは黒い羽

donna ni anata ga sagashitatte
mitsukaru wakenai
watashi ga motsu no wa kuroi hane

no matter how much you search
You cannot find
my dark feathers

天使たちの亡骸
抱いてそして誰もが
泣けばいい

tenshi-tachi no nakigara
doite soshite daremo ga
nakeba ii

remains of angels
Embrace and should everyone*
began to cry?*

愚かに愛など求めるなら
沈黙の中に
心をおもねるべきだろう

oroka ni ainado motomeru nara
chinmoku no naka ni
kokoro wo omonerubekidarou

If you foolishly seek love
Do it in silence
**

生きるための幻想
死するゆえの純粋
混じり合う

ikirutame no gensou
shisuruyue no junsui
majiriau

Illusions are needed in order to live
Purity of the reason brings death
they should be mixed

ああわたしは知っている
終末の行方さえ
闇の涙で書いた
死後文の切れ端に

aa watashi wa shitteiru
shuumatsu no yukuesae
yami no namida de kaite
shigofumi no kirehashi ni

Ah, I know
Even whereabouts of end
It is written with tears of darkness
At the edge of letters from death

最後にもっても
大切なものは何か

saigonimottemo
taisetsu na mono wa nani ka

**
Are they important?

少女たちの亡骸
見詰めそして誰もが
悟ればいい

shoujo-tashi no nakigara
mitsume soshite daremo ga
satoreba ii

remains of maidens
stare and should everyone*
be enlightened?*

もうあなたは知っている
運命の行方さえ
薔薇の血で認めた
恋文の一節に

mou anata wa shitteiru
unmei no yukuesae
bara no shi de shitatameta
koibumi no issetsu ni

You already know
Even whereabouts of life
It is written with blood of roses
In the verse of love letters

最後にもっても
美しいものは何か

saigonimottemo
utsukushii mono wa nani ka

**
Are they beautiful?

*I just can't get these lines to sound right. May be it is the translation problem, may be something else...

** Cannot produce any logical translation at all

mmm... I want natto here right now T_T it's her kind of music.

Anyway, leaving this to others before I do...

I usually leave Ali Project songs well alone, since they're nightmares to translate, but I'll give this a shot. Hopefully I can be of some help.

愚かに愛など求めるなら
沈黙の中に
心をおもねるべきだろう

おもねる is "to flatter"; [dictionary-form verb] + beki is something like "should [verb]". The three lines are all one sentence. So it's something like "if you foolishly seek love, then you should silently flatter [someone's] heart."

生きるための幻想
死するゆえの純粋
混じり合う

"ゆえ" is more like "because of/by reason of", so it's more like "the purity because of which one dies" (literally, at least -- that's not a very pretty translation). And again, these three lines are all connected -- "the illusions for which you live (and) the purity by which you die blend together."

ああわたしは知っている
終末の行方さえ
闇の涙で書いた
死後文の切れ端に

To nitpick your English a bit, it should be "I know even the whereabouts of the end; they are written..." Also, "kirehashi" is "scraps" or "cut-off pieces," so it's "the scraps of letters from after death" (or however you want to translate "死後文").

もうあなたは知っている
運命の行方さえ
薔薇の血で認めた
恋文の一節に

Again, "the whereabouts... they are written." Also, "unmei" is "fate", not "life".

最後にもっても
大切なものは何か

最後にもっても
美しいものは何か

Well, these look to me like "even if you have them at the end, what are the precious/beautiful things?" but that doesn't make very much sense. It's the only idea I've got, though. ("大切な/美しいものは何か" is definitely "what are the precious/beautiful things" rather than "are they precious/beautiful?" though.)
