If you found a particular lyric or lyrics on the site that has the wrong song credits please post the URL of the lyrics with the song credits corrections.

There is no real guideline for the wording and name convention but it is recommended that you credit at least the lyricist along with the singer. Without lyricists, there will be no lyrics.

You will not be credited with any song credits correction. Should you wish to post a correction of the lyrics together with the song credits, please do it in a separate thread/topic.

Hello!
Sorry to have posted a credits correction as a normal thread last time.
I'll use this thread from now on.

Now, the corrections of Mahoujin Guru Guru.

First, current main title "Doki Doki Densetsu Mahoujin Guru Guru" is used to
represent the 2nd season show, not the entire series. So please change to:

Main Title: Doki Doki Densetsu Mahoujin Guru Guru --> Mahoujin Guru Guru
Also known as: Mahoujin Guru Guru --> Doki Doki Densetsu Mahoujin Guru Guru

And below are corrections of song credits.

You have Credited the wrong person sadly For Hellsing Shine The Person who Did that song Was none other then a Band Called Mr.Big. Hellsing itself even Credits Mr.Big in their ending Credits. Also If you happen to maybe DLed the Song from anywhere you may have noticed if it plays on Windows Media Player it would proboly come up as the Album cover being Mr.Big Greatest hits. Those are just one of many facts i have to back up my claim. :D i hope to see that its corrected Thanks.

This isn't exactly a credit correction but I figured this'd be the best place to put it.
http://www.animelyrics.com/game/finalfantasyx/pureheart.htm
I was thinking Pure Heart should be listed under Final Fantasy VII rather than X. I believe Pure Heart was c/w Suteki da ne which is why it's under FFX, but it would make more sense to be under FF7 because it's a vocal version of Aeris's Theme.

AzureDark
03-15-2008, 11:42 PM
Ummmm no. In the end the song is still under FFX...

What we can do though is to put a footnote.

Not sure this is the right place to put this, but it doesn't seem worth its own topic:

The title of the opening theme to Ever17 (http://www.animelyrics.com/game/ever17/lemu.htm) is currently given as "LeMU ~haruka na Lemuira tairiku~", when in fact it is "LeMU ~Harukanaru Lemuria Tairiku~" (LeMU~遙かなるレムリア大陸~). If you could fix it, that'd be great.

I seem to have mistyped the title when I submitted it ages ago. It should be "Hatenkou Robo Dojibiron Theme".

Hi!
Well, I was organizing my music and I found and error in this Lyrics. Well, it's not in the lyric itself but the one that sings the song is not Yellow Monkey but Animetal, the same happens with the song called "Shukuteki Kenzan!" from the same band.

Hope you fix it ^-^

Ah! Also, Towa no Mirai and Shukuteki Kenzan! are from "Rurouni Kenshin: Requiem for the Ishin Shishi"

Darn, I should have seen this thread earlier... I'm making a sweep of the Yuyu Hakusho (at the moment), Magic Knight Rayearth, Rurouni Kenshin, and possibly several older sections that unintentionally got mixed up during the site transfer.

AzureDark

Actually I can fix it myself with anison.info handy, all you need to do is to give me any translation you have that is better from the one on the site. I'll run through all the Yuyu songs and put them in the right albums as mente(メンテ) - but I don't wanna go to the edit page of the same song more than once.

Oh and could you also put all of the corrections in the same thread (don't need to fill the board with so many topics).

The lyricist Hataaki for Haitoku no Gajou

This isn't really related, but hyde's solo album shouldn't be under the category L'Arc~en~Ciel, rather under his own name.
(Namely the album 666)

And also:

The albums '666' and 'Hyde 666' are the same, this being a duplication.

Though I've seen some sites attribute the vocals of this song to Lia (as it is marked on the site right now), the credits on the CD give the artist as "Veil ∞ Aoi". (You can even see it on the scan linked on the page.)

Also, maybe this song should be under the game listing for Clannad? I don't think it was ever used in the anime version.

For the song Shiroi Ryuu (from Spirited Away) the singer is attributed to Monsieur Kamayatsu. This is...well, it's impossible, since Monsieur Kamayatsu is a man (with a manly voice) and the song is sung by a woman.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnyway

Some digging produced that the singer is actually Rikki, also known as that-girl-that-sang-Suteki Da Ne-from-FFX.

Thanks for correction - I just wanted to ask of it, but there should be "Radio 'Lucky Channel' Opening Theme", because it's so on the CD case.

3) Change Song Notes to these please:
Lyrics: Hata Aki
Music / Arrangement: Satoru Kousaki
Vocals: Kogami Akira (Konno Hiromi) & Shiraishi Minoru (Shiraishi Minoru)

4) in lyrics:
"Dadda dansin 「Chotto dake yo...」"
change "dansin" to "danshin";

5) in lyrics:
instead of "Ranrararaiden 「Shirosuno ka...」"
there should be "Ranrararaiden 「Inazuma ka...」"

Thank you!

It's not webradio? Ah well, if it says so on the CD it should be put as that.

Next time please don't use Japanese symbols, it's a mess to put them in the lyrics because of encoding issues.

Not sure if this thread covers moving things into different sections, but Ta-lila ~boku o mitsukete~ (http://www.animelyrics.com/doujin/vocaloid/talila.htm) is not a Vocaloid original. Rather, it's a cover of a song by Nanamusica (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/nanamusica), and thus should probably be listed on their artist page instead/as well. Here's a source! (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%8A%E3%83%8A%E3%83%A0%E3%82%B8%E3%82%AB) Here's another source! Above that, can you see if the lyrics are actially structured like that (one-liner lines) in most places?

Rei
01-25-2011, 05:21 AM
Vocaloid wiki (http://www5.atwiki.jp/hmiku/pages/11455.html) structures it as such, so I'd assume that that's where the kanji came from. Other sites (http://vocaloidnokashi.slmame.com/e940890.html)structure it differently, but I'd be tempted to say stick to the current format.

EDIT:

Ugh, also this (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/utada/arashinomegami.htm), this (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/utada/showmelove.htm), yet another (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/utada/goodbyehappiness.htm), and this (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/utada/cantwaittilchristmas.htm). http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/is/superstream.htm

This complete version, sung by all 5 lead female seiyuus, is actually the 5th ED (that has yet to actually play in an episode that has aired), and not the 4th, as each subsequent ED adds another singer, starting with 1 for the first. But the lyrics for all of the versions are the same, so even if it's credited with all 5 seiyuus, I think it's better to just list it simply as "Ending theme" under "Description:".

Also, the composition and arrangement is by "Yamaguchi Akihiko", and not "Kawaguchi Akihiko"

AzureDark
02-20-2011, 06:50 PM
I don't watch IS, but I think this is the single version so I'm guessing all 5 did the song in it, and since we put up full versions, it should be credited that way.

The real vocals are Yuuki Hiro, Koyasu Takehito, Miki Shinichiro and Seki Tomokazu.

The romaji lyrics say:

mimimoto de sasayaki tobu koe ni furimukeba

it should be

mimimoto de sasayaki YOBU koe ni furimukeba

It's calling voice, not jumping voice, lol

http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/gsaiyuki/stiffbreeze.htm

The song "stiff breeze" from the Gensomaden Saiyuki anime incorrectly credits the singer as Seki Toshihiko (Sanzo), when the song is actually sung by Kusao Takeshi (Kougaiji).

Additionally, since it's recommended that the lyricist is also credited, that can be added into the credits... the lyricist for this song is Kosaka Naomi.

About Pile (http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/pile)'s songs,
Black Butterfly is track 5 on Jewel Vox and Dream of Princess is track 7.

I'd also appreciate if Dream Trigger (http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/worldtrigger/dreamtrigger.htm) could be added as track 2 on Pile, unless it's easier for me to just resubmit it.
