Who is the Biggest Anime Pervert?

You can't have an anime(other than kid animes) without a pervert in the story, usually a male character. So, who do you think is like, the biggest pervert in the history of anime?

My opinion is either Hideki Motosuwa from Chobits, Takeya Ikuhara form DearS, or Master Roshi from Dragonball Z(sorry this is the only anime of perverts I'm currently familiar with!:( ). Actually, Master Roshi has to be #1 on the perverts list! He's like 80 years old and hitting on women more than 50 years younger than him!:eek:
