Some people like to be incredibly vague, others simply are not good at coming up with an intriguing title, hence an ambiguous one that they hope will draw your cursor to it to see what it is all about.
Ultimately, what is important is the subject matter/discussion value of the thread and not the title

Yeah I feel the same way.
I think its okay to have a few misspelled errors in your sentences but some people just have there whole sentence misspelled.It gets on my nerves and then some don't even bother to fix it or they think your being smart just because you say you can't understand what they were trying to type.Its annoying and also I hate sentences that use a bunch of symbols in them like.

I don't really care, so long as it isn't spam or something dumb --or in some instances just plain old silly like one of my threads that got deleted-- which is just there to attain some attention. I think some create threads with such titles because it makes the user curious about the rest. Needless to say, sometimes it's interesting and cool while other times its just trash. Meh, you just have to take the bad with the good, and deal with it I guess.

Yeah, it is pretty annoying for those things to be cut off. You think it'd be an interesting question like, "Why is this there and that here when it should be switched?" but it turns out to be some pathetic question like "Why do people die...?" where they try to get spiritual.

The main reason why I click on threads with titles like that is because I'm curious about what that uninteresting title has as a question.

When somebody types like an eight year old, I am annoyed, but not so much that I feel an urge to impale them with a ski pole.
If someone's typing annoys you, you should quote it and then rant at them IN THEIR OWN THREAD for daring to test your patience.

As for ridiculously vague titles, I hate them, too. It seems to be that only threads with unoriginal subjects that elicit one to ten word responses use such titles.
