The vocalist is not Tamura Naomi, it is Sasaki Isao. The lyricist and the composer is also wrong, but I cannot read the kanji from the blurred video that I have.

If somebody have video that has better quality, I would be glad if he or she would bother to read out the names.

It would be the opening song of the old anime Getta Robo.
The song has the same title as the anime.

(I could only distinguish Isao Sasaki because his name is written down in hiragana)
