I don't like Bleach a lot, but to choose between the two, I would have to say the two I would Say Bleach, I never liked FMA, only character I seem to like on there was Armstrong (Don't ask) for some reason. But that's about it and sometimes Roy due to his attacks.

Hmm...I really wouldn't like comparing them.
They both have good character design and kickass actions. Other than that, they are almost nothing alike.
I feel pumped up when watching Bleach, and a bit melancholy with F.M.A.
So yeah, I enjoy both of them equally.

Agreed.
I watch/read both and enjoy them about equally. Both have hilarious scenes, both are action filled, both have somewhat of a good plot/main story line. I think Full Metal is a little bit more sadder though then Bleach, so it makes it a little bit more realistic.

BLEACH!!! Pretty awsome. I read the manga and catch the anime on adultswim when its on...I love it! I do the same for FMA, but I don't have 21 volumes of FMA on my bookshelf.

They may be two completely different genres but I have to agree with Hama above me and say FMA. Everything about Bleach is good but FMA does that same but better.

It's kinda like "Anything you can do I can do better. I can do anything better than you"

...or something.

I'd have to say Bleach although FMA is also pretty awesome. I like Bleach more though for the different characters and the different kind of action though to be honest. I'm a Rukia fan, what can I say huh? XD

I love both but FMA wins this one. It's just a LOT more original whereas Bleach is Yu Yu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin combined into one. XD

They're kind of hard to compare with each other. If Bleach didn't last 100+ episodes, I probably would have liked it better.

But I'll go with FMA on this one.

Fullmetal Alchemist all the way...

I've never particularly been a fan of Bleach, from what I've seen - which isn't a huge amount, but isn't exactly less than 20 episodes either - the concept is very repetitive, and predictable. The characters are less... 'real' than those in FMA, and I personally didn't find myself too attached to them; in that sense it was less emotional, and gripping than FMA, too - *one of many that got upset during FMA*. Not to mention the visual style of Bleach is less appealing.

Couldn't comment on the manga though, that would be biased; I've read some FMA and very little Bleach. Though I've heard the Bleach manga is much better quality than the anime.

Bleach, definitely.
I had already finished FMA before I started watching Bleach but I gotta say that Bleach is a lot better. Better fights, more in-depth characters, and a better storyline. Of course FMA has its good points but Bleach definitely wins in my book.

I'm in all the way for FMA. I enjoyed Bleach, but it wasn't all there for me. As time went on in Bleach...Ichigo was just too powerful. Unlike Bleach, Fullmetal alchemist at least had limits with no crazy over boards of power. FMA!

I have to say FMA too!! :)

Ed is my favourite character in the whole series, as well as Roy Mustang.

Bleach. Not too much talk, more humor, and I like the plotline better, it's not my cup of tea D: Sorry FMA fans.

FMA; It's more down to earth and it has it's own movie.
It's just my opinion but I couldn't even compare the two.

Bleach is cool, but I prefer FMA.

The anime is my 2nd favorite anime (Bebop #1), and the manga is my favorite manga for the intense fights (Lust vs. Mustang/Havoc was sweat-inducing), deep story, and unpredictable turns (Pride = Selim Bradley, whoa!) set it above the rest.

The FMA plot was very interesting. Though I have to say that the movie was not as good as it seemed to be but all in all Fullmetal Alchemist captivated the audiences until the 3rd time around... After that Furi Kuri regained it's long lost territory. Bleach is also good but it does spend too much time in training Ichigo. Yet, it some how help to the character's development. I still love Edward!!!!!!!
