Do you mean Ghost Stories (aka. Ghost Stories in School). Because if you do then yes I have seen it. Well, some of it.

"Ghosts at School" was the title that Animax gave this anime. Its official NA dub title is Ghost Stories, while the Japanese title is Gakkou no Kaidan (学校の怪談).

I saw a few episodes but I didn't really like it. It's pretty old (year 2000 in Japan).

I have seen it. It's okay..although not that awesome..
