Since the forum is still pretty much empty, I'll post some of my pics that don't completely suck:

Playing with macro and flowers with my father's Kodak. Never though that P&S cameras could do macro pretty good.

I'm going to comment on the latest post of photos, though the pink flowers in the photo are quite amazing with the focus. <3

The first photo of Glandelough has a beautiful scenery and has a nice, smooth slope. It gives off a comforting feeling.

The next one gives the viewer a feeling that they're standing on the hill looking down. Also you've captured most of the different colors in the landscape.

The third one you've captured the pastures from further away, gives off a paradise-like feeling IMO. I also like how the grass gradually fades to trees and how a shadow of a cloud is covering some of landscape looks natural.

In the fourth you've captured many of the environment changes in a single photo, the water is also a natural and pretty tinge of blue.

The last photo of Glandelough has a nice reflection of the sky in the water and the water seems quiet and calm.

My favorites are the picture form inside the Guiness Brewery, the old Panatools stitch and the third picture from your last post.

In the "Guiness" picture, how you captured the cascading water (?) is amazing, also the constrast between falling water and the steel edge looks really great.

Panatools stitch, the reflection of the cloud in the water is just amazing. And the ripple in the water give it just that extra bit of "awww" or "wow".

All the others also look amazing, but these really stand out in my opinion.
I can't give you any advice, because I'm a crappy photographer myself xD

Still Glandelough, testing CS3 B&W conversion.
