Nuriko is my favourite. Because he's just so brilliant and funny and sassy. He rocks.

Then Tasuki because he's so dense but so honest, bless his little fiery heart.

Then...ack. This is where it gets difficult. It's probably a three-way split. In fact, no, Chichiri might edge it these days. I've written too much fanfiction for him not to have worked his way into my heart a little more than he was before. And darnit, yes, WITHOUT that stupid mask...yes, he's cute and funny as kitsune-chichiri but I wish he'd leave it off. I'm much more interested in the real Chichiri than the one who's always playing games anyway!!

Hotohori and Mitsukake are my other favourites though. Hotohori's narcissism is hilarious. "I'm so beautiful that sometimes I scare myself." Classic.

Mitsukake is badly badly underestimated and underrepresented by fans. But I think he's lovely ;)

Tamahome is okay, but he's too much of a hero kind of guy at times and when he becomes Taka it irks me somehow. And Chiriko is cool but only in the manga. In the anime he's half the character he's meant to be and it sucks rather.

On the other side, I like Amiboshi and Nakago, and Suboshi. I like Soi but mostly I like her in SeiranDen as opposed to the manga or the anime. Suboshi has grown on me a lot. Nakago I think is a class A villain. And Amiboshi is just...how can you not like Amiboshi?

I cannot stand Yui for the most of the original series/manga, nor can I ever, ever like Ashitare for certain events in episode 33/volume 8...
